Your Application

You agree that the information and evidence you provide is accurate, current, and belongs to you. You must not submit screenshots, wallet information, casino accounts, or documents that belong to another person.

Evidence Review

We may review your casino profile, VIP level, wagering volume, deposits, withdrawals, wallet balances, device signals, and other supporting information. Uploading evidence does not guarantee approval.

VIP Transfer Offer

Any VIP transfer offer is subject to approval by the VIP transfer desk. Offer details, eligibility, deposit requirements, cashback or matched-fund mechanics, wagering requirements, and availability may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Fraud, Abuse, and Multi-Accounting

We may reject, suspend, or revoke applications and offers where we identify false information, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, fraud signals, suspicious device activity, or behavior inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Hit-and-run strategies may affect eligibility for future promotions.

Approval and Decline Decisions

Approval is discretionary. We may approve, decline, request more information, or apply additional conditions to any VIP transfer application. We are not required to provide a detailed explanation for every decision.
